Established in 2014, Metro Neuro Spine Institute is the first dedicated Neuro & Spine Hospital in Gwalior–Chambal region, founded by Dr. Santosh Tripathi (DM Neurology, AIIMS New Delhi).
In 2024, the institute expanded into a 100-bedded advanced neuro and spine superspeciality centre, and in 2025, became the first hospital in the region to introduce Robotic Knee Replacement & Robotic Joint Surgery.
